From the beginning we actively invest in real estate as an alternative to other forms of capital appreciation. The combination of fixed assets safety with further opportunities they offer is appealing to us. The foundation of our approach lies in the purchase of real estate at a rates at which selling them, even at mediocre prices, will allows us to achieve satisfactory results.

 

 The individual investment offer is addressed to individuals and companies with funds starting from 100,000 PLN and a time horizon of 1-3 years. As part of the service we comprehensively manage the entire investment process, starting from the selection of the right property, through purchase, value added activities and sale. We follow below rules in our relationship with investor:

  

• we act on behalf of the investor where he remains the owner of the property

• we limit the risk of invested capital, even at additional costs

• we make gains when we deliver results

• we regularly share information about investment process and expected financial outcomes
