LAND
On the area of 2.4Ha we create a project of 16 individual plots with a possibility to build single-family homes. Each plot has available water and sewage connection design. We currently proceed with the selection of the installation contractor to start installation works in the Q2 of 2023.
Gałęzinowo is a vibrant, growing village located about 7 km from the sea, halfway between Słupsk and Ustka. Approximately 1km from the project zoo and Resort & Spa Charlotta Valley is located with the famous amphitheater, where the Rock Legends Festival takes place. Rail and recently modernized road #21 ensure convenient connection between nearby cities. There is also a grand school located in the adjacent village
The property of of 1.78 Ha area in the shape of an elongated rectangle, consisting partly by meadow and a forest, with additional pond of approx 800m², used thus far as a place for cold water swimming lovers. The pond is intended for the exclusive use of the landowner. Most of the neighboring plots located towards the west to the forest line are fenced and owned by private individuals.
LUBIN
Early development stage of project of nearly 0.7 Ha, located in the northern part of Lubin, where we plan a number of changes related to both land use and ownership. More information soon.
